Urban Nexus Lab

Vision and Experience

This website represents multiple projects led by Professor Anu Ramaswami. The goal of the Urban Nexus Lab is to advance sustainable, healthy, and equitable cities through knowledge co-production and nexus modeling of seven key transboundary infrastructure and food systems. Through multiple National Science Foundation (NSF) grants and partnerships with more than 30 cities in the US and India, as well as emerging innovative partnerships with metropolitan regions, the Urban Nexus lab has developed innovative datasets and models to inform infrastructure transitions towards decarbonization, environmental sustainability, health, and equity.
