Akihiro Okuyama joined the Urban Nexus Lab in 2022 as a Ph.D. student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Princeton University. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Kyushu University, Japan. Some of his previous research experiences included investigating the CO2 reduction effect of renewable energy and the health impact of air pollution in Japan.
